- for photocopying or postage.
Leasehold properties
If the property you are buying or selling is leasehold, we charge an additional £150.00 plus vat as the work required is more complex and involves communication with the lease owner. All companies, regardless of who you use, will charge an additional fee for leasehold properties and this fee will vary from company to company.
Shared Ownership
This is a government sponsored scheme that enables people to purchase part of a property, paying rent for the remaining part. There is an additional fee of £200.00 due to the increased workload for this type of transaction.
In a hurry?
If you need to exchange or complete your sale and or purchase quickly, we offer a premium service where for an additional £200.00, we will aim to exchange or complete your transaction within 4 weeks of your written instructions. On the rare occasions where due to circumstances outside of our control, we are not able to meet this deadline, we will complete your transaction as quickly as possible and will not charge you the additional fee.
